How ordering works

  1. Choose a license and quantity, then check out securely with Stripe.
  2. Enter your company name and, if you have one, your purchase order number. Both appear on your receipt.
  3. Get your keys by email from [email protected] straight after payment.
  4. Download XPNTL Solo, accept the Terms, and enter your key in the License tab.

Buying for a company?

Card checkout collects your company name and PO number for your records. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address.

Questions

What is included with a license?

The software, active on up to 3 computers at a time (you can move it from one to another), for the number of tape drives shown, plus 12 months of Maintenance + Sentry Pro from purchase: all updates released in that time, and Sentry Pro drive diagnostics. You can renew Maintenance + Sentry Pro each year.

How do I receive my license key?

By email from [email protected] right after payment, sent to the address you enter at checkout. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived within a few minutes.

Can I get a refund?

A license that has never been activated can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Email [email protected] with your receipt.

Which computers and tape drives does it support?

XPNTL Solo runs on macOS and Windows and works with LTO tape drives connected by Thunderbolt, SAS or Fibre Channel. Check the system requirements on the download page before buying.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, based on your billing address.
